Events to Encourage Classical Lutheran Education

The CCLE Conference has been an invaluable resource for Classical Lutheran Education since 1999. We maintain an archive of presentations from past conferences. Our annual student contests in Recitation, Penmanship, and Essay writing are open to students from private schools and homeschools affiliated with the CCLE.

Summer Conference

Our largest annual event gathers Classical Lutheran educators, parents, homeschool families, administrators, and pastors from around the country to learn from one another. Dozens of presenters share a wide variety of topics. Social gatherings, celebration, and worship are all part of this family-friendly conference.

CCLE Practicum

There is much to be learned from the time-tested pedagogy and principles of classical Lutheran education. The aim of this workshop is to introduce some of those benefits and blessings to Lutheran parents, educators, and administrators. The workshop will identify ways in which any Lutheran school can introduce and implement various aspects of this tried-and-true methodology, and offer a fresh way of thinking about the goals and purposes of education.

Fall Symposium

Classical Lutheran Education is a growing movement. Find out why an increasing number of Christian schools are adopting this time-tested educational approach and why more educators are understanding the value of the pedagogy and principles reinforced by the classical liberal arts.

Student Contests

Each year, our CCLE student contests receive impressive entries from all over the country. Any student who attends a CCLE-accredited school or whose parent has CCLE household membership is eligible to enter. Contest winners receive a cash prize, a certificate of merit, and public recognition by the CCLE at our summer conference and on our website.
