QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ordained LCMS roistered Pastor.

2. Experience or strong interest in Classical Education.

3. Administrative experience or desire

4. Team ministry experience or desire

DUTIES

1. Headmaster: Early Childhood 3yr-4yr olds, Elementary, K-5, Middle School 6-8. Approximate enrollment 2024-2025, 55 students

2.  Team ministry with Head Pastor:, role to be defined but could include preaching, visiting, Bible study and other duties agreed upon.

COMPENSATION

1. Salary dependent on education/experience
