The aim of faculty formation is to shape educators noted for the ways they reflect a love of Lutheran catechesis and the liberal arts on behalf of the students entrusted to their care. In this webinar, we will discuss the essential aspects of this formation, including practical ideas to support faculty who show the fruit of Lutheran catechesis; display training in the liberal arts and are always learning; are superb pedagogues; exhibit wisdom, eloquence, and virtue; and are loving colleagues.
